After many attempts we successfully rooted 360 N5s and, using root access, we managed to flash our TWRP. This is at now the only way to obtain TWRP in this model.

经过许多尝试，我成功地 root 了 360 N5s, 并且通过底层途径，我可以刷进去 TWRP 了， 这是这个型号唯一能刷进 TWRP 的方法。

Warning: At the end of this tutorial your device will reboot in TWRP. If you don’t flash a custom ROM (or SuperSU) at this stage, TWRP will be wiped at next boot and you will return at stock recovery. 警告：在此教程的末尾你的设备会在 TWRP 里面被 root，如果你在此阶段不刷入自定义的 系统或者 Supersu（原文为 custom，这是我的猜测），TWRP 在下次开机会被清除，你 会返回到原生的 recovery。

Preparation

How to flash developer ROM with root access 如何用底层方式刷入开发者 ROM

1. Install the drivers; 安装驱动
2. download and unzip flash tool and developer ROM; 下载并解压刷机工具和开发 者 ROM
3. run QGDP using “Developer” as User; 以 Developer 作为用户名运行 QGDP
4. click “Login”; 点击”Login”

5. “Config”; 点击 Config

6. click on the folder image (top-right of the frame); 点击文件图标（右上方）

7. select the developer ROM (.CPB file), then “Apply”; 选择开发者 ROM（.CBP 格 式的文件）

8. wait until the process is completed; 等待进度完成

9. shout down the phone; 关闭手机

10. hold the “Volume +” key and connect your phone to PC 电脑连接

11. push Volume +, you should see this: 按音量+，你会看到如下

12. Windows will identify your phone as “Qiku Android Bootloader Interface”; Windows 会把手机识别为 Qiku Android Bootloader Interface
13. “start” to flash the developer ROM. 点击”start”刷入开发者 ROM

Flash TWRP 刷 TWRP

1. Reboot; 重启
2. go to Settings -> About device. Tap 7 times on Build number to enable Developer options; 进设置，关于设备，点 7 次版本号开启开发者选项
3. go to Settings -> Developer options. (above About device); 进设置，开发者选项
4. enable OEM unlock and debug USB; 开启 OEM 解锁和 USB 调试
5. hold down the Shift key and right-click the folder that contain the TWRP image. Choose “Open command window here.” 在有 TWRP 的文件夹里面按住 shift 然后 右键选择“在此处打开命令窗口”
6. type the following commands and hit enter at the end of every line: 输入一下命令 行，每行末尾都敲回车

adb push recoveryN5s_GizRom.img /data/local/tmp/recovery.img 
adb shell 
su
dd if=/data/local/tmp/recovery.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/recovery 
exit 
exit
adb reboot recovery

the last command will reboot your 360 N5s in TWRP. 最后一个命令会重启 360 N5s 进 TWRP

刷如 TWRP 后，在 TWRP 下就能刷如 SUPERSU，无图无真相！！！
